Academy is for the novice to intermediate player, looking to better understand the game and improve skill sets.

Each week players focus on fundamental stick work, movements, skill sets and positional drills. This is a great opportunity for players to build a foundation and confidence for league or game play!

Players are grouped by position, skill set and age.
